    Thank you for choosing Allegro Medspa. We schedule our appointments so that each patient receives the right amount of time to be seen by our clinicians and staff. That’s why it is very important that you keep your scheduled appointment with us, and arrive on time. As a courtesy, and to help patients remember their scheduled appointments, Allegro sends text message and email reminders at time of scheduling, 2 weeks, and 3 days in advance of the appointment time. In the event you do not receive these messages, the policy will remain in effect. If your schedule changes and you cannot keep your appointment, please contact us so we may reschedule you, and accommodate those patients who are waiting for an appointment. As a courtesy to our office as well as to those patients who are waiting to schedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice. Allegro Phone #: 707-537-2123

    If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours notice, we may assess a $50.00 “no-show” service charge to your credit card on file. Providing your credit card when scheduling your appointment is your acceptance of this policy.

    We understand there may be times when an unforeseen emergency occurs and you may not be able to keep your appointment. If you should experience extenuating circumstances please contact our Office Manager, who may be able to waive the No Show fee. However, after three consecutive no-shows to your appointment, our practice may decide it is not mutually beneficial to continue our relationship.
