This patient, in her 40s, had major soft tissue loss in her entire face. After addressing her concerns a plan for a “liquid facelift” was done, concentrating on her cheeks, jawline and chin. During the first session a total of 15 syringes were added, concentrating on the cheeks, nasolabial folds and chin. A second session added 4 syringes to the jawline and cheeks. A combination of Juvederm Voluma, Vollux and RHA 1,2,3 fillers were used. After a total of 19 syringes she looks healthy and natural. She loves her refreshed look. A surgical facelift alone would not have addressed her volume loss.
